Hanneke Frese

After completing her studies in Antwerp and Amsterdam with a degree in Human Resources Management, Hanneke Frese was working with Citibank in Amsterdam, London, New York und Zurich from 1972 till 1999. From 1999 until 2005 she was with Zurich Financial Services as Head Group Capabilities and then as member of management. In 2005 she founded FreseConsulting where she accompanies organisations, business schools and individual managers who want to rethink their entrepreneurial decisions for the future. Besides being consutant and coach, Hanneke is guest lecturer at multiple MBA and Master programs, senior associate of the Toscagroup, partner and director of the FutureWork Forum, consultant of ABP consulting, member of multiple international university advisory boards, coach of Fellows (World Economic Forum), graduate civil servant of the Swiss national academic foundation, and team member peer review of EQUIS with international business schools.

After his promotion and habilitation at the TH Karlsruhe, Hubertus Christ was working with the Daimler Benz AG from 1970 to 1986 as the director of research. In 1987 he became member of the board of the ZF Friedrichshafen AG. From 1998 unti 2003 he was president of VDI, the Association of German Engineers and until 2007 he was director of multiple supervisory boards, administrative boards and advisory boards (ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Hilti AG, Vorwerk & Co, among others). He still is head of the German Federation of Technical and Scientific organisations (DVT) in Berlin, member of the supervisory board of the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH, member of the board of the university of Karlsruhe and president of the board of the Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten.

Akin Soysal

Akin Soysal is co-founder of Jobzippers and he is involved in Jobzippers’ strategic development. Before founding Jobzippers, he received his business degree from the university in St. Gallen (Switzerland) and Queen's university (Canada). He gained practical experience with Nokia and Booz Allen Hamilton. Currently, he is strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. Furthermore he was Vice President of AIESEC in St. Gallen and was co-founder of the HSG Investmentbanking Days. He has entrepreneurial experience from an IT and Media Agency "KCOMP GmbH" in Baden-Baden (Germany).
